Description of the TK33 turbocharger

The TK33N-02 turbocharger is designed to supercharge K6S310DR diesel engines with a power of 1350 hp. (993 kW) at 750 rpm.

The TK33N-02 turbocharger is designed to provide more efficient parameters in intermediate diesel operating modes due to:

• increasing boost pressure;
• reducing the temperature of exhaust gases in the cylinders and, accordingly, reducing carbon formation in them and parts of the exhaust tract;
• reducing average operating fuel consumption, as well as the possibility of increasing diesel power up to 1500 hp. (1103 kW) at 775 rpm.

Currently, TK33N-02 turbocompressors are mass-produced according to technical specifications TU24.06.1039-98.
